Meeting Jennifer in Manila

After attending service at the church of Pastor De Ocampo in Quezon City on Sunday morning, we went across town to check out the computer outlets at the Virra Mall.  Along the way there I snapped a picture of one of the first Jeepneys I had ever seen.  I had been seeing them all around during our travel to and from church, of course, but this is the first time I remembered that I had a camera.

On Monday we headed back to the mall.  Oh Yeah!  I still had my camera, and here was Jennifer sitting right beside me! That reminds me... PICTURES!! I'm going to need pictures for the visa application!! hehehe

Our trip to the mall was rather short on Sunday because Jen's mom was worried about the pick-pockets everywhere in the mall.  But when we went back on Monday there was considerably less crowd on hand.  We bought a computer, just as I had promised her, and Jennifer was the picture of patience during the 2 or 3 hours it took for the technician to build it.  But finally it was finished, and away we went... with just a few more boxes for the trip back to General Santos City.
